Power of Love
As time has gone by in life we have forgotten the little things in life. I find
the most wonderful gift is LOVE,
So why is it so hard for us as humans to do this?
I feel this is so healing to the mind, body and soul.
When I have had bad days. My husband has came up to me and hugged me every five
minutes. I know this sounds goofy. He would say "You need a hug" and hold me
till I would start laughing. How can you get mad at this? (Believe me this went
on ALL DAY.) By the end of the day I was crying, (with Laughter)! He is a loving
man. I am so honored to have in my life. A simple hug, shows love.
We all have had our traumas in life. We put them on a shelf and do not deal with
them. We feel like we have been betrayed. The fact is, the problems never go
away. They are always there sitting on the shelf of the human body. One thing I
have learned is that you must deal with things, otherwise, the human body closet
will get full and cluttered. Then this will flow over to other aspects of life.
I suppose your asking what does this have to do with Love? Well if you do not
love yourself you can not love others. It is so important to see and love
yourself. Otherwise how can you really love someone else?
Love is in everything in life. Your work, your family, your friends, your
beliefs, and so on. As life goes on we find that love is in life. We must see
the importance of love in life itself. Think about it try making a list see for
your self of all the things in life we love.
Now we come to "Love of human." WOW, is all I can say. There are no words to
describe this wonderful gift. How can you be mad at someone even though they are
bugging you? If they have pure intentions of helping you? They are expressing
love through a way to help you.
The love of family. What a wonderful sight!
You see a mother holding her newborn, the love of a newborn and the gift of
life. To see the energy around them is just breath taking. The auras are like a
sight of heaven that has been drawn out for us. There is so much beauty and
love. There are many things that express human love. Count them in a day and you
will see that love is in life. It is around all of us in our daily lives.
Do something about this today.
Give a hug to someone, feel the love that is passed between you both.
Put love back in your life.
Love yourself, and you will see that being able to really and truly love another
will be a joy that every one has been waiting for in their life.
It is not something that luck may bring .
It is there but as all in life we must learn to see!
